Tom is happily married to Rosemary since 1992 and has two boys, Thomas and Ryan. Tom met Rosemary while she was doing her first real estate closing as a title clerk.
Tom was born and raised in Camden County where he attended St. Stephen’s Grammar School, Camden Catholic High School and University of West Virgina. From there Tom decided to venture into the real estate industry. In 1989 Tom went to work for a local realtor, Jim Gilbride Realty. In 1992 Tom achieved his goal of becoming a real estate broker after only two years in the business. In January of 1993 Tom moved Vickery, Peze & Carroll and went on to become the manager of the Camden County Office and later was an integral part in the opening of the second office in Mount Laurel.
Early in Tom’s career he went on to succeed in capturing some of the local custom builders as part of his portfolio. He went on to sell a multitude of new custom homes while still remaining in the upper tier of real estate agents in South Jersey.
In 1996 Tom went to Quest Builders where he became partners with Thomas Petruzzi, a local builder and to date has built and sold more than 50 homes inn South Jersey.
In 2002 he was offered a partnership at Vickery, Peze & Carroll and went on to run the Camden County Division until late 2005.
In December of 2005 Tom went on to open a new venture with two of the areas leading realtors, Randall Vickery & Joseph Catalani. Within just a few weeks the company has grown to 35 agents strong and is thriving in their current location.
Tom has decided that the real estate industry was in desperate need for a company with a “hands on” approach for both his clients and agents! His vision and goal is to always be available for the agents and their clients to aid them through one of the most important things they may ever do, home ownership.
After 16 years of growing and learning about the business of real estate he holds onto the thought that “everyone should and can own their own home” and that motivates him into the promising future. |
