Joe was born and raised in Camden County and is now a Burlington County resident. He is happily married to wife, Sherry and has three children, Janine, Joe and Vincent, and the proud grandparent of Elianna and Jack.
A major part of his earlier years in business involved sales. He started his real estate profession in 1987 at Wilson Realty, Pennsauken, New Jersey. There he learned the ropes and then left in 1999 to join Vickery, Peze & Carroll where he headed their office in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. After successfully managing that office for five years he was offered a partnership that lasted another two and a half years.
In December, 2005, Tom Engel (Joe’s mirror partner in the Pennsauken office), Randy Vickery, and Joe Catalani opened a state of the art Real Estate office in Cherry Hill New Jersey. This new office, loaded with hand-picked agents chosen from a wide spectrum of area real estate establishments, their new vision was born: “Engel, Vickery & Catalani Realtors”.
Joe’s vision, broad knowledge and hands on approach have made him one of the most well respected leading top producers in the Real Estate industry. His passion and down to earth persona is his well recognized signature with client and peer alike.
